Note: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable unless mandated by applicable law.

Returning Goods

If you need to return Goods:

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift at the time of donation and shipped directly to you:

  • You will receive a gift credit equal to the returned item’s value.
  • A gift certificate will be mailed to you upon receipt of the returned Goods.

If the Goods were not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original donor.
